Comfortable, cozy environment !!! Great service and the sandwiches are amazing !!!

The service is reasonable, except that the burger bread can be burnt, so you can choose whether it is good or not.

I recently visited the Place (12/2020) and would like to leave my more detailed assessment for those looking for a good place to dine or something new to know. Location: well organized standard franchise, planned furniture and good decoration to take pictures on the spot. Cardapio: I have already visited the other units of the Amazon SteakHouse, but in this they took the 3-leaflet-style menu, tore the two side leaves and left only the middle one, and in the same, the `` special '' sandwiches did not have, nor no kind of dessert or ice cream. I spent 3 minutes choosing something to then inform the attendant who only then informed me that I had nothing from the session I chose. Values: Something around 20-30 reais per sandwich, well in the standard that this type of hamburger charges. Drinks worth a restaurant in a food court in a mall, I would say that you spend between 30-50 reais per person to make a good meal. Sandwich: 1- On the day I went there was a promotion for 2 sandwiches for the price of 1 I thought it was great I bought it for the trip, and ate about 10 minutes later. When I opened the package the sandwich looked like a Mac kids sandwich. As I had eaten in other units and outside of this `` promotion '' I soon understood that the value is 2 for 1. However, they do not say that the sandwich looks like an appetizer. 2- How much the hamburger meat could be good when it was made, but it was extremely dry. And when I got home and went to eat (about 10 minutes at most after removing it from the counter) the meat was already cold and the bacon was still warm, obviously it was already prepared and they didn't even bother to keep it warm in a salamander or heat it up before to surrender. The bread was a good quality brioche but it was soaked due to the steam from the packaging they placed, instead of putting it in a paper package they put it in a styrofoam box, which facilitates the accumulation of condensed vapo in droplets and leaves the bread soggy. Conclusion: If you want to go to Amazon SteakHouse I recommend going to the Viera Alves or Laranjeiras units, this horrible unit looks like a franchise that was created just to make money, that neither the owners, nor the employees care about the service, or quality service and products. And it is not even close to the amount charged and image that they appear to have in their snacks.

Calm environment, with parking and although small, the tables are relatively distant from each other. Delicious burger and fries!

Note ZERO! Lousy food (stroganoff came only mayonnaise with a drop of ketchup, total deceit, the oilyest fries I've ever seen), square and tall wooden benches, impossible to feel comfortable, and an unbelievable delay in service. I won't be back for free. Horrible!

I don't even know where to start, but for a franchise that I've heard so much talk about it was completely disappointing, starting with the delay in ordering, which already activated "i have a bad feeling about this!", Inattentive employees and without any training to serve customers , not even a little effort to please, I ordered a simple hamburger with Bacon and it came without any slice of the darn thing (apart from the mistakes I observed from other tables), the hamburger itself is not tasty, I expected a much higher quality that says "gourmet". On a Halloween night it was really a Terror to have dinner in this place.

Very good sandwich and drink, worth it. But don't spend your money on the potato, it is reheated and wilted.

One of the best places with artisan sandwich. I recommend the "Double Sandwich" promotion.

I hated it, very inattentive employees and did not stop fighting among themselves, they sent my order wrong twice, in addition to an absurd delay to eat a dry sandwich, I expected much more. What was most desired was the terrible service!

A pity to disagree with other evaluators, but perhaps because our service was the last of the day, it left a lot to be desired. The unit has been operating for some time, including for lunch, but they still claim a lack of products on the menu due to an opening that has not yet happened, and that has not yet been scheduled to happen. I suggest a service training, with a reinforcement on how employees should behave in front of customers, especially avoiding shouting that the place will close in a few minutes. I can say that the cheddar sandwich is still great, and I hope that the points I mentioned above will improve, and that they will live up to the quality of the main product offered.

Great !! Very tasty sandwich. Caramelized onion is very tasteful, it gives a different taste in the sandwich. It's just a pity that the venue is small and the background music is on a local radio station (it could be a selection of songs) and the chips are not crispy. We were well served and the sandwich is amazing 👌🏻
